At Zara’s Modesty, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and therefore we are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned products must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on hijabs, underscarves, and accessories unless faulty.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions may only be eligible for exchange, not refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@zarasmodesty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Zara’s Modesty cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or dispatched in error.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please state this clearly when requesting your return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure that all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the fault or incorrect item.
- We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
- Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
- Zara’s Modesty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
